As discussed over the phone on Friday, I am sending you some documents relating to Ms. Roelie Post's "secondment" to ACT.

In my opinion, it is incompatible with civil servant status for a civil servant to be seconded by her employer to work for an NGO.

It is even more questionable that this civil servant, with the knowledge of her entire hierarchy, founds an NGO and pays for the registration with her own money.

Furthermore, in my opinion, there is a conflict of interest if Ms. Post has previously worked on child protection / children's rights within the DG Enlargement.

Although that was clear to me, in view of the topic of "Adoption Child Trafficking", a collaboration with Ms. Post in ACT seemed sensible to me.

I was unaware of the extent of the nepotism, fraud and criminal energy of some EU officials. We only found out relatively recently that Ms. Post is the only EU civil servant who has been seconded to an NGO.

We also only found out last year that DG Just replaced the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child with the Hague Adoption Convention in the acquis.

If the EU Commission had used Ms. Post in the sense of the "external mobility guidelines", that is, as assistant to the children's rights coordinator, then as a citizen of the EU I would at least have been able to understand the delegation to ACT.

Tax money would have been used sensibly instead of simply being wasted.

I suspect that Ms. Post was to be sidelined on instructions from “outside”, namely the interest group of a Member State (possibly Italy) and / or the United States, and has now been sidelined.

The USA has not ratified the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child.

Furthermore, the EU is now investing money in "deinstitutionalization", especially in the new accession countries. (Closure of all homes, including old people's homes) This also includes adoption and adoption abroad (for an adoption fee of around 25,000 euros) of children.

That would never have happened had DG Just not fraudulently claimed that the Hague Adoption Convention was the "acquis" and not the UNCRC.

Furthermore, the EU Commission, especially in parts of the DG Enlargement and DG Just, forgot the “Summary of opinion” of the Independent Panel.

Overall, the adoption / child industry has managed to ensure that EU funds are given illegally and against their own interests.

If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact me; I can also leave you many other documents, e.g. a previously unpublished television interview with the children's rights coordinator Margaret Tuite regarding the question of whether the children's rights convention is now an acquis or not.

Sehr geehrter Herr Kuhl,

Wie am Freitag telefonisch besprochen übersende ich Ihnen einige Dokumente bezüglich des „secondment´s" von Frau Roelie Post an ACT.

Es ist meines Erachtens unvereinbar mit dem Beamtenstatus, dass eine Beamtin von ihrem Dienstherren abgeordnet wird, um für eine NGO zu arbeiten.

Noch fragwürdiger ist, dass diese Beamtin mit Wissen ihrer kompletten Hierarchie eine NGO gründet und die Registrierung mit ihrem eigenen Geld bezahlt.

Ferner liegt hier m.E. ein Interessenskonflikt vor, wenn Frau Post vorher innerhalb des DG Enlargement an Kinderschutz / Kinderrechten gearbeitet hat.

Obwohl mir das klar war, erschien mir in Anbetracht der Thematik "Adoptionskinderhandel“ eine Zusammenarbeit mit Frau Post in ACT als sinnvoll.

Mir war das Ausmaß des Nepotismus, des Betruges und der krimiellen Energie einiger Beamten der EU nicht bewußt. Wir haben erst vor relativ kurzer Zeit erfahren, dass Frau Post die einzige EU Beamtin ist, die an eine NGO abgeordnet wurde.

Auch haben wir erst letztes Jahr herausgefunden, dass DG Just die UN Kinderrechtskonvention durch das Haager Adoptionsübereinkommen in der Acquis ersetzt hat.

Hätte die EU Kommission Frau Post jetzt im Sinne der „ external mobility guidelines“ , sinnvoll eingesetzt, sprich als Assistentin der Kinderrechtskoordinatorin, dann hätte ich als Bürger der EU die Abordnung an ACT zumindestens nachvollziehen können.

Steuergeld wäre sinnvoll eingesetzt statt schlichtweg verschwendet worden.

Ich habe den Verdacht, dass Frau Post auf Anweisung von „ außen“, nämlich der Interessengruppe eines Mitgliedstaates (evtl. Italien) und/ oder der Vereinigten Staaten, auf das Abstellgleis gesetzt werden sollte und jetzt kaltgestellt worden ist.

Die USA haben nämlich die UN Kinderrechtskonvention nicht ratifiziert.

Ferner investiert die EU jetzt Gelder in "Deinstitutionalisierung“, insbesondere in den neuen Beitrittsländern. ( Schließung aller Heime, inkl. Altenheime) Das beinhaltet auch Adoption und Auslandsadoption ( gegen Adoptionsgebühren von ca. 25.000 Euro) der Kinder.

Das wäre niemals zustande gekommen, hätte DG Just nicht auf betrügerische Weise behauptet, dass das Haager Adoptionsübereinkommen "Acquis“ sei und nicht die UNCRC.

Ferner hat die EU Kommission, insbesondere in Teilen des DG Enlargements und DG Just, die „ Summary of opinion“ des Independant panels vergessen.

Insgesamt hat die Adoptions- / Kinderindustrie es damit geschafft dafür zu sorgen, dass EU Mittel illegtim und gegen ihre eigenen Interessen vergeben werden.

Für Rückfragen stehe ich Ihnen jederzeit zur Verfügung; auch kann ich Ihnen viele weitere Dokumente überlassen, so z.B. ein bisher unveröffentlichtes Fernseh- Interview mit der Kinderrechtskoordinatorin Margaret Tuite bezüglich der Frage, ob die Kinderrechtskonvention nun Acquis ist oder nicht.
