Good afternoon Mr Dohle,
Thank you for your email.
The Department of Social Services (the department) proposes combining your two requests (being 19/20-079 and 19/20-080) given their similarity, into the one reference number 19/20-080.
As advised in our email of 11 December 2019, we are seeking a 30-day extension for your request making the due date 4 February 2020. Could you please advise us of your agreement by 18 December 2019, or advise of an alternative date that would be more suitable. Given the Christmas/New Years shut down period, we would appreciate you granting the department additional time to process your request.
Should you have any queries regarding this matter, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Kind regards,
