As for the next steps, when the report is finalised we send it to the Croatian authorities for their factual comments. We normally give them one week to react. If they make comments (please note that they can make only factual comments), we will send the report back to you. You will then decide whether to accept or not their comments and redraft the report accordingly.

Sorry for the slight delay, but here's the report. If there are any shortcomings or things you want to see changed, please let me know. Do I need to be ready for more redrafting after the Croation response?

BTW: nice outcome in the referendum (Quite funny this happened after the whole signature ceremony no?)
