The failure by the European Commission to take a final decision within the applicable time limit on a request for public access to documents concerning a CJEU case related to OLAF’s decision not to open an investigation
Dear Mr Dohle,
On 17 July 2023, you submitted a complaint to the European Ombudsman on behalf of Against Child Trafficking. Your complaint is against the European Commission about its failure to reply in time to your confirmatory application registered under reference 2023/1123.
As a first inquiry step, we have asked the Commission to reply to your confirmatory application as soon as possible, and not later than 16 August 2023.
