MRS. NATALY ANDERSON LOST HER CHILDREN….
The case of the Croatian couples accused of trafficking children from DR Congo became a hot topic in the Croatian media, but the Municipal Court in Zlatar, which has a bizarre verdict in its archives, also brought it into focus.
Mrs. Nataly Anderson was left without her children, who were kidnapped by her ex-husband, also a former SOA employee, Zvonimir Marinović.
This trauma of Ms. Nataly and her children shows how rotten and corrupt the Croatian judicial and social system is.
Mrs. Nataly's family lived in Donja Stubica, Nataly was an employee of HT who fed the family, while Mr. Marinović found himself in customs, demoted, due to political puzzles. (Karamarko case, leaking of documents, UDBA)
After some time, they move to England to live with Natalie's parents in order to both fulfill themselves and provide the children with a better life, but things go downhill.
Mr. Marinović decides to go with his children to Croatia, to his parents under the guise of a vacation. He asks the mother for the children's documents, takes ID cards and passports. This action becomes suspicious to the lady, so she asks him about his intentions, to which the gentleman replies that kidnapping children is a serious crime.
Marinović kidnaps children, and Nataly Anderson from England initiates proceedings against Marinović.
The court makes a decision to return the children to their mother in England, but Marinović appeals the court's decision.
In the meantime, Mrs. Anderson receives threats and blackmail from Marinović that she will never see her children again if she does not return to the Republic of Croatia.
To note, the lady worked in England to support her family.
When she asked Marinović how she would live when she returned to the Republic of Croatia and quit her job, he replied that HER parents would help them. During that time, Marinović initiates a divorce, which Nataly does not know about, and divorce was one of the threats, the detail of how Marinović used sexual manipulations and at the same time threatened divorce is also interesting.
It is interesting that one court case was initiated before the first one was completed.
In addition to the divorce, Marinović demanded full custody of the children, alimony in the amount of HRK 10,000 and an apartment that belonged to Nataly Anderson.
The same lived in the apartment where Nataly was registered and hid from her court summonses and notifications about the procedure.
The court proceedings regarding child abduction are taking place again, now at the court in Zlatar, the judge is Neven Kucelj. The mother loses the lawsuit, all the evidence against Marinović was dismissed because it was in the electronic record. Four employees of the center who participated in the process were under investigation by USKOK, as Marinović's lawyer, but also Marinović himself.
In addition to Neven Kucelj, the president of the court in Zlatar, Vinko Vladić, also dealt with the case.
When Nataly returned to the Republic of Croatia, the procedure regarding the care of the children is ongoing, which is being carried out by the CZSS Donja Stubica, the mother realizes that the decisions are illegal and leaves with the children. They also sent her to the Polyclinic for Children and Youth, and when she saw how they were working, her mother also appealed to the politicians, who turned a deaf ear to the appeal.
After that, the court returns the children to the father, while ignoring the risk this poses for the children who have declared that they want to live with their mother.
Once again, the fact is confirmed that in order to achieve justice and fight for children, you have to be an ATM.
After realizing that the system is corrupt, Nataly starts an international association to bring this issue closer to people.
In Croatia, she went all the way to the Constitutional Court, but there she found Ingrid Antičević Marinović, an acquaintance of her ex-husband.

The lady contacted Index, but did not receive a response from them.
As I myself wrote earlier, those who should work for the benefit of children, mostly work to their detriment and destroy their lives. Every training program for social workers is implemented with the help of EU programs, EU money is used, but it seems that this money is intended for everything except for helping children who are shamelessly trafficked by those who should protect them.
