CHILD

OUR VISION AND OBJECTIVE :

CHILD is the English word for child, and it is children the association primarily works with. CHILD stands for Children's Help in India for Livelihood and Development.

​The future of a country depends on today's children. If the children receive the education, security and care that is required, they can then, when they grow up, take over the responsibility for their country's development. Not all children have this opportunity.
 

CHILD is a non-profit association and was founded in January 1980. CHILD wants to give children, mainly in India, a chance for education and better living conditions.
 

​We do this by getting sponsors who, through monthly fees, contribute to paying for the children's schooling.
