Michelle Dillon
Ngala is excited to announce the appointment of our new CEO, Michelle Dillon.
Michelle is a passionate health and community leader who is strongly committed to reform, governance, and customer service. She brings extensive global experience across both the public and private sectors in organisational development, mental health, and acute paediatric health.
Michelle is a Registered Nurse with postgraduate qualifications in Intensive Care, Clinical Education, and a Masters by Research, having also completed numerous management and leadership education programs including the AICD program.
Michelle will be joining Ngala from Rocky Bay where she worked as the General Manager of the clinical division. She has previously held leadership positions with the Royal Perth Hospital, Princess Margaret Hospital, Child and Adolescent Health Service and Nursing and Midwifery South Metropolitan Health Service.
She is also a Chair of the Nursing and Midwifery Board (NMBA) of Australia (WA) and the Deputy Chair of the National Immediate Action Committee for the NMBA.
Michelle commences her role with us on May 1, 2023.
