Promise Kids A Future, Inc. is a licensed, Hague Accredited, non-profit adoption agency located in Georgetown, Kentucky.  PKAF has a very active outreach program along with helping families through the process of adoption.  Our services include Home Studies, Post-adoption reports, Court reports, and Adoption  placement.

Who we are

In John 14:15-21, God promises us the Holy Spirit, the Spirit of Truth. He also promises us that He will not leave us as orphans.  Promise Kids A Future is a product of that scripture.  It has spoken to me and I hope it speaks to you.  My heart is to provide relief to orphans as well as families. I have been blessed by working with families for the last 20 years in adoptions.  I have heard their stories and have been a part of the joys that adoption brings.  I continue to pray that you will experience those joys.
 

There are millions of orphans around the world and many right here at home that have stories of heartache and the need for love that your family can provide. My prayer is that your story will unfold and futures will be created.

I graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor's Degree in Family Studies. I have been involved in mission work since 1995 and have been transformed by every experience. The most amazing trips that I have taken have been to Africa where I leave a piece of my heart. I currently live in Georgetown, Kentucky with my husband Josh, son Seth, and daughter Julia. I have worked with international adoptions for over 25 years, China with an emphasis on Special Needs children, Uganda, and Malawi Programs. I have loved working with families through their adoption process and continue to love being a part of the joy that adoption brings. My passion is to help you be united with a child that is in need of a loving home.

I have a Master's in Counseling Psychology from Forest Institute of Professional Psychology, and work as a Licensed Professional Counseling Associate in private practice in addition to working with Promise Kids A Future. I am working on a Doctorate in Psychology and enjoy teaching psychology through Indiana Wesleyan University. I live in Lexington with my husband and 2 daughters. I love working with Promise Kids A Future because I love to be a part of children finding loving homes. I believe in the power of God's love in transforming lives and love to see Him work in the lives of families and children.

 Promise Kids A Future, Inc. is devoted to helping families through their adoption process.  It is our hope to place orphans in need, in Christian families, where they can be nurtured and guided in their journey of life.
