Paul Duggan Chairman of the Board |
Paul Duggan is the president of Chicago-based Jackson Boulevard Capital Management and the adoptive father to twin daughters from the Anhui Province. Paul has been active in supporting projects to improve the lives of orphaned children in China since 2003, and the entire Duggan family is actively involved in LWB’s mission of healing children. | |
Joe Hampton Secretary |
Joe Hampton and his wife, Lisa, are the parents of two wonderful biological children, Martin and Audrey. In October 2004, they traveled as a family to China to bring home Joy XiuYang, age 14 months at the time. Joy is from the Xiushan SWI and made such an impact on the Hampton family that they decided to adopt again. In the summer of 2006, they brought home Hope. Joe and his family live in Edmond, Oklahoma. Joe is in private practice as an attorney in Oklahoma City. | |
Chris Ingoldsby Treasurer |
Chris Ingoldsby learned first-hand about Love Without Boundaries’ programs when his adopted daughter was the recipient of medical care while still in China. From then on he has been in awe of LWB’s mission, action, and, most importantly, results. Chris, who lives in Mill Valley, California with his wife, Christi, and children, Sophia & Colin, works for a Fortune 500 software company. He received his MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. | |
Amy Eldridge Executive Director |
Amy Eldridge states that her life was changed forever when she first visited her youngest daughter's orphanage in China. On her return to the States, she helped to organize a national donation drive to provide heart surgeries for four orphaned children in China. Following those successful operations, she helped found Love Without Boundaries, taking the name from a flag given to her from the Chinese government that said, "Love Makes No Boundaries Between Countries." Amy has met many times with national leaders in China to discuss orphan projects and adoption. Her daily motto is James 1:27, and she was honored by Congress with an Angel in Adoption Award for her humanitarian work in China. She is the mom to seven children and has made dozens of trips to China to check on the progress of children in LWB programs. | |
Don White Member |
Don White and his wife, Grace, are the parents of twin daughters, Reagan YaYun and Sydney YaQiu, adopted from Jiaozou, Hunan. Sydney and Reagan are cleft affected and were two of some 30 children who had their lips repaired on the very first LWB cleft trip in May 2004. Don and Grace are strong advocates of cleft affected children. Don is the founder and CEO of Treasure Coast Financial Services, a registered investment advisory firm headquartered in Stuart, Florida. His involvement with the MDRT Foundation has resulted in several grants that have assisted LWB programs. | |
Ben Glass Member |
Ben Glass is the father of 9. He is an attorney and entrepreneur in Fairfax, Virginia. He is a nationally recognized motivational speaker and an expert in helping small law firms and other businesses grow in order that the business owner can "live a life of signficance." Ben and his wife, Sandi, LWB Director of Special Events, say that they have had their lives changed forever by the adoptions of four of their children, Kevin, Emma, David and Leah, from China. |
