Albert Jaap started in 2010 as the new managing director of Wereldkinderen. A child rights organisation based in the Netherlands with programs for child rights based community care and family strenghting. In 2009 Albert Jaap was associate director at KPMG Sustainability. He developed successful corporate sustainabilty policies for corporates. Till 2008 as the managing director of SOS Children's Villages he developed through innovation and leadership partnerships with corporates and governments. Before joining SOS, Albert Jaap was the general manager of Football Club Utrecht and worked as a senior consultant in marketing and communications. His personal mission is to help others to develop their talents.
