Then it's time for a brief update on Senegal dissemination

As our first 4 families were promised by their visit to Dakar in October, so there is now signed four matching documents of the Senegalese judge.

We have not yet received the children securities on the 4 children with medical examination and development description of the children, and as long as we have not received specific papers said we do not age and sex, but just note that a match is confirmed.

We expect to receive the first documents from Senegal within a few weeks.

Autumn positive opinion from the Senegalese side and the 4 imminent hjemtagelser is also reflected on the waiting list. You are now a total of 10 eneadoptanter / couples waiting to get child from Senegal and the wait is consequently been adjusted.

We have just received a Christmas greeting from the orphanage Pouponnière the Soeur Franciscaines which they include explains the statistics for 2012:

As of 1 December the number of children at the orphanage 84th There are now 94 new children during the year and 97 children left the orphanage. Of the newly arrived children are 22 foundlings, while the rest are children whose mothers are either sick or passed away. For 9 children, the family of social causes unable to fulfill the needs of children. Of the 97 children who have left the orphanage, the 73 returned to their families, 22 have been adopted, 1 has been placed on a second home and 1 has passed away.

The orphanage has had a few more children to take care of this year than usual, as they also helped premature and babies with low birth weight to get a good start in life

We look eagerly forward to working with Senegal in 2013, and look forward to see what year featuring the 4 children who hopefully repatriated during the first months.
