Gunther Krichbaum's ex-wife is said to testify in the process of slander as a witness
Enzkreis / Pforzheim. Once again yesterday, no judgment was made before the district court Pforzheim. As reported, defend there Oana Krichbaum, lawyer and CDU municipal candidate in Pforzheim, and her husband, CDU member of parliament Gunther Krichbaum, against the public statements of a 46-year-old from the Enzkreis. The Germans with Romanian roots are accused of libel and slander against public figures.
In her statements, the accused referred, inter alia, to information that she wants to have received in 2011, partly directly and partly over others from Gunther Krichbaum's ex-wife. In 2017, however, she had denied ever talking to the defendant or asking for information. Now she is to be heard as a witness. Until the next hearing on April 17, judges, public prosecutors and defense attorneys will also have to read hundreds of pages of Facebook posts along with other documents.

Enzkreis/Pforzheim. Erneut ist gestern kein Urteil gefallen vor dem Amtsgericht Pforzheim. Wie berichtet, wehren sich dort Oana Krichbaum, Rechtsanwältin und CDU-Gemeinderatskandidatin in Pforzheim, und ihr Mann, CDU-Bundestagsabgeordneter Gunther Krichbaum, gegen die öffentlichen Äußerungen einer 46-Jährigen aus dem Enzkreis. Die Deutsche mit rumänischen Wurzeln ist der üblen Nachrede und Verleumdung gegen Personen des öffentlichen Lebens angeklagt.
In ihren Aussagen bezog sich die Angeklagte unter anderem auf Informationen, die sie 2011 teils direkt, teils über andere von Gunther Krichbaums Ex-Frau erhalten haben will. 2017 hatte diese jedoch bestritten, jemals mit der Angeklagten gesprochen oder sie um Informationen gebeten zu haben. Nun soll sie als Zeugin gehört werden. Bis zum nächsten Verhandlungstermin am 17. April gilt es für Richter, Staatsanwalt und Verteidiger zudem, sich neben weiteren Dokumenten in mehrere Hundert Seiten Facebook-Posts einzulesen.
