Are you an online marketer with a love for social media and do you want to contribute to the visibility of Fiom? Then we are looking for you!

Fiom is a knowledge center in the field of unwanted pregnancy, distance & adoption and relationship questions. We offer information and assistance in the event of an unwanted pregnancy, information, preparation and aftercare in the field of adoption and guide people in their search for biological family at home and abroad. In addition, we manage the KID-DNA Database that enables a match between a donor child and an anonymous donor. We do all this with approximately 70 motivated employees from our offices in 's-Hertogenbosch and Houten.

To strengthen the communication team, we are looking for a:

What are you going to do?

You increase the visibility of Fiom via social media and our websites, among other things.

You know better than anyone what is going on in the social media landscape. You further define the social media policy for our organization and manage our social media channels.

You create substantively strong and easily accessible content (text, video, photography, etc.) that scores high in search engines and is widely shared. You monitor the news and know when to hook up, make and switch.

What does your working day look like at Fiom?

The day starts with a cup of coffee with colleagues.

Then you edit the news item written by a colleague about an adoption study and post it on the site. You also immediately share the news on social media.

You know how to make our organization visible online. You interview a colleague about her work and film this. You edit the video, check with the policy specialist whether she is satisfied and put the video online. And now monitor whether you achieve the reach you had in mind or whether you still need to make adjustments.

You add a number of content pages on the theme of donor conception. You are successful in converting scientifically written texts into clear and appealing B1 content.

You monitor the news and see that a relevant research report has just been published; we have to pick up on this. You convene a number of colleagues to discuss the scope of the message and you immediately start working on it. You know exactly which channel to use for this.

You close the working day with the final preparations for your presentation tomorrow. During the inspiring lunch session tomorrow, you will tell your Fiom colleagues all about your social media strategy.

What do you take with you?

Relevant work experience.

You are active on various social media channels every day and know what is going on there.

You can create and switch quickly.

Excellent contact and communication skills.

You write easily, creatively and without errors. You know how to structure a complex story and transform it into a clear and appealing story for the target group.

Experience with SEO and your knowledge about this is up-to-date.

Experience with Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and video editing.

HBO working and thinking level and, for example, a completed education in the field of (online) marketing, communication and / or journalism.

We bieden informatie en hulp bij ongewenste zwangerschap, voorlichting, voorbereiding en nazorg op het gebied van adoptie en begeleiden mensen bij hun zoektocht naar biologische familie in binnen- en buitenland. Daarnaast beheren we de KID-DNA Databank die een match tussen een donorkind en een anonieme donor mogelijk maakt. Wat ga je doen?

Je vergroot de zichtbaarheid van Fiom onder andere via social media en onze websites.

Jij weet als geen ander wat er speelt in het social medialandschap. Je stippelt het social mediabeleid voor onze organisatie verder uit en beheert onze social media kanalen.

Je maakt inhoudelijk sterke en makkelijk toegankelijke content (tekst, video, fotografie, etc.) die hoog scoort in zoekmachines en veel gedeeld wordt. Je monitort het nieuws en weet daarbij wanneer je moet inhaken, maken en schakelen.

Hoe ziet jouw werkdag bij Fiom eruit?

De dag begint met een kop koffie met collega’s.

Vervolgens redigeer je het, door een collega geschreven, nieuwsbericht over een onderzoek rondom adoptie en plaatst het op de site. Je deelt het nieuws ook meteen op social media.

Jij weet hoe je onze organisatie online zichtbaar maakt. Je interviewt een collega over haar werk en filmt dit. Je bewerkt de video, checkt nog even bij de beleidsspecialist of zij ook tevreden is en zet de video online. En nu monitoren of je het bereik haalt dat je voor ogen had of dat je nog moet bijsturen.

Je voegt een aantal contentpagina’s toe op het thema donorconceptie. Het lukt je goed om de wetenschappelijk geschreven teksten om te zetten in heldere en aansprekende B1-content.

Je monitort het nieuws en ziet dat er zojuist een relevant onderzoeksrapport gepubliceerd is; hier móeten we op inhaken. Je roept een aantal collega’s bij elkaar om de strekking van het bericht te bespreken en gaat er direct mee aan de slag. Jij weet precies welk kanaal je hiervoor in moet zetten.

Je sluit de werkdag af met de laatste voorbereidingen voor je presentatie van morgen. Tijdens de inspirerende lunchsessie van morgen vertel jij je collega’s van Fiom alles over je social mediastrategie.

Wat neem je mee??

Uitstekende contactuele en communicatieve vaardigheden.

Je schrijft makkelijk, creatief en foutloos. Je weet structuur aan te brengen in een complex verhaal en het om te vormen naar een helder en aansprekend verhaal voor de doelgroep.

Ervaring met SEO en jouw kennis hierover is up-to-date.

Ervaring met Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator en videobewerking.

Hbo werk- en denkniveau en bijvoorbeeld een afgeronde opleiding op het gebied van (online) marketing, communicatie en/of journalistiek.
