Fiom is the center of expertise in the field of unwanted pregnancy, distance & adoption and relationship questions. We provide information and assistance with an unwanted pregnancy, aftercare in the field of adoption and guide people in their search for biological family at home and abroad. In addition, we manage the KID-DNA Database, which enables a match between a donor child and an anonymous donor. We do all this with approximately 70 passionate employees from our offices in 's-Hertogenbosch and Houten.

To strengthen the communication team, we are looking for a:

SENIOR COMMUNICATION ADVISOR

32 hours a week

What does the job involve?

You are responsible for increasing the visibility and findability of Fiom. You initiate projects that contribute to achieving our objectives. You write effective communication plans that you implement, often together with colleagues from other departments.

As a project manager, you are responsible for the delivery of a new corporate website and you work in a project team to achieve the set goals within this project.

Internal communication is your thing. You know how to increase internal connectivity. You overflow with ideas and seek collaboration with HR to implement your ideas.

You are proactive and see opportunities. Do you see a relevant message in the media that we must respond to? Then you call a number of colleagues together to discuss the scope of the message and it will be online the same day.

You know the ins and outs of email marketing. You know what we need to do to double our reach through this channel in no time. You make others enthusiastic about your plan.

What kind of colleague are we looking for?

We are looking for a proactive and energetic all-round marketing / communication professional who likes to make and implement plans and is flexible enough to deviate from this if the situation requires it. You stand firmly in your shoes and have a healthy dose of persuasiveness.

You have completed an HBO / WO education, preferably in the direction of Marketing or Communication.

You have extensive experience in the field.

You have developed and implemented successful communication plans and achieved demonstrable results.

You have previously worked in project teams and are familiar with Agile working.

Salary in accordance with the Collective Labor Agreement for Social Work, scale 9 € 2,884 to € 4,252.

It concerns an appointment of 12 months, with the possibility of extension.

An end-of-year bonus of 8.3% and a holiday allowance of 8%.
