Fiom is the center of expertise in the field of unwanted pregnancy, distance & adoption and related questions. The starting point of working at Fiom is the right of self-determination of unwanted pregnancies and the right of a child to know where he or she comes from and to grow up while retaining its own identity. Fiom offers information and help with unwanted pregnancies, aftercare in the field of adoption and guides people in their search for biological family in the Netherlands and abroad. We also manage the KID-DNA Database, which enables a match between a donor child and an anonymous donor. We do all this with approximately 80 passionate employees from our offices in 's-Hertogenbosch and Houten and from our home workplaces.

Caregiver Related questions for 28 - 32 hours a week

What are you going to do?

You provide assistance to clients with dilemmas, problems and (crisis) questions regarding relationship questions. You conduct conversations, offer a listening ear and practical help. You support people in making decisions. You share your knowledge and experience with fellow care providers and policy officers in the team. You work in the relationship questions team. Your activities are based on the theme 'Donor conception', which includes matching donor fathers and donor children. You participate in webinars to increase the knowledge of professionals. Based on your practical experience, you proactively provide input for policy and scientific research. You participate in projects within and outside our organization.

Who are you?

You have completed a higher vocational education, preferably Social Work;

You have experience with assistance, preferably within comparable Fiom themes;

You have worked with many different groups of clients and have knowledge of digital assistance;

You can work on a project basis and are willing to travel to clients.

What do we offer?

Salary and terms of employment in accordance with collective labor agreement Social Work, scale 9 max. €4,445 gross per month based on 36 hours per week;

Annual contract with possibility of extension;

Work from home policy with a combination of working from home and on location

Phone and laptop on loan;

Compensation for commuting and a business travel scheme;

Individual Choice Budget consisting of the year-end bonus of 8.3% and a holiday allowance of 8%;
