RUSSIAN CHILDREN WERE EXPORTED TO ITALY FOR AUTHORITIES?

I haven't slept for several days now. But not because of June's short nights. Because I learned some details of a terrible story that falls under the definition of the genocide of the Russian people. Of the 1260 children taken from Russia to Italy, Russian investigators found only five adopted. And where is everyone else?

At one time, Nadezhda Fratti (Shchelgacheva) was accused of fraudulently taking 1,260 Russian children to Italy for adoption. And where is this Fratti now? Fratty like Frankenstein I ask again: where are all the other children? And I'm not the only one asking. Russian law enforcement agencies have repeatedly sent inquiries about the whereabouts of our children to Italy. According to Nikolai Bichekhvost, an employee of the prosecutor's office of the Volgograd region, while the trials of N. Fratti were going on in Russia, an international order was prepared: to check the fate of every child living in Italy. Vasily Goshchuk, deputy head of the investigative department of the Volgograd region, adds:

- We were waiting for documents from Italy, where for each of the Volgograd adopted children, officially confirmed information should be provided that the children are alive. But they never answered us.

Volgograd investigators were not given a business trip to Italy. Moscow investigators went there with an inspection. Who found footprints of five children. Five out of one thousand two hundred and sixty.

Meanwhile, the world, tired of sensational revelations such as the fact that the Roman surgeon Raffaello Cortesini performed hundreds of secret kidney transplants, learned something else about "blessed" Italy. Moreover, from the lips of the Minister of the Interior of Italy itself, Roberto Maroni. The minister revealed the bitter truth not in a newspaper interview, but at UNICEF's annual assembly in Rome:

“Underage immigrants are a bonanza for traffickers who sell their organs. We have reason to talk about the sale of children's organs. And signs of trade have already been found in Italy.

Maroni was not unfounded: from 1974 to 2008, 9802 minors disappeared without a trace in Italy, 8080 of them were foreigners. According to the minister, eight young children go missing in Italy every week.

Roberto Maroni was supported by journalists. "These 'invisible children' come from distant lands and disappear into nowhere," La Stampa wrote. “Only from the island of Lampedusa (Sicily), where reception centers for illegal immigrants are located, in 2009, out of 1,320 children, more than 400 disappeared.”

Roberto Maroni himself expressed hope that the Italian Parliament would adopt a special law on the creation of a DNA bank. For immigrant, EU and Italian children aged four and over.

The crane operator who created the conveyor of death

One of those who was shocked to the core by all this was the journalist Nadezhda Popova, who published the material Extinguished Rainbow in Argumenty Nedeli. With the subtitle “Why was the case of Nadezhda Fratti-Shchelgacheva slowed down?”.

Here are snippets of her content.

January 1, 2001. Tenerife island. Me and my colleagues - Russian newspapermen - visiting Spanish journalists. We are going to have lunch at the cozy restaurant of the Las Palmeras Hotel. The restaurant is crowded. And next to our table is a motley company that speaks two languages ??- Russian and Italian. Moreover, a vulgar blonde with glasses crackles in Russian. They keep slipping off her nose. An elderly Italian is sitting next to him, who is incredibly drawn to sleep. But these guests walk perfectly. The waiter brings either cognac for 3 thousand dollars, or very expensive collection wine. I didn't like these neighbors. Something unsettling emanated from them. And I would say - criminally disturbing. And the face of the vulgar lady was etched into my memory. And not in vain. Already at home, in Moscow, turning on the TV, I saw that very vulgar blonde. There was a story about a certain Nadezhda Fratti-Shchelgacheva, who fraudulently took out hundreds of Russian children from the Volgograd, Perm regions and the Komi Republic, allegedly for adoption. Children disappeared in Italy...

What money was used for the New Year's banquet in the Canary Islands?

... Merry Canarian vacation Madame Shchelgacheva-Fratty ended immediately after returning from the island of Tenerife. It is good that after the rest, Madame Fratti did not go to Rome, but to Volgograd, to her homeland. She was immediately arrested there. By the way, where did she get her Italian surname from? In 1988, Shchelgacheva worked as a crane operator at the construction of a pipe plant in the city of Volzhsky. A large group of Italian builders arrived there. Among them was a certain Carlo Fratti. It is not known what the Italian found in the local crane operator. But the wedding was played in Russia. And Shchelgacheva turned into Senora Fratti. After the completion of construction, in 1992, the young went to Italy. And soon Senora Fratti registered the Arcoboleno (Rainbow) company for the adoption of orphans. And the conveyor started working.

According to the FSB, from 1993 to 2000, Shchelgacheva sent 558 orphans from the Volgograd region, 352 children from the Perm region to Italy. She brought 320 children from the Komi Republic. The main suppliers of orphans to Italy were three orphanages: the cities of Volgograd, Volzhsky and Mikhailovsky districts of the Volgograd region. According to investigators, children under the age of three were sent to Italy with the blessing of bribed district judges and regional officials. And how can a kid like that stand up for himself?

For 10 years, Fratti heard the verdict five times. The investigation found that several directors of orphanages in the Volgograd region received bribes of up to $150,000 from Fratti. Fratti pleaded not guilty. She remained silent during interrogations. But high patrons did their best to promote the release of Shchelgacheva. Apparently, that is why the sentencing was delayed for 10 years. The first time she was acquitted was in 2002 "due to the lack of corpus delicti". The prosecutor's office, which demanded seven years in prison for Fratti, appealed this decision. In 2003 and 2006 Fratti was sentenced to suspended sentences. Again, the sentences were overturned. And the case went back to review. And only in the fall of 2010, the former crane operator was found guilty. But they gave me four years probation. How does the Russian judicial system work? Not only with closed eyes,

Shchelgacheva-Fratti was accused not only of illegally exporting orphans, but also of giving bribes to officials and making false documents. After Fratti was arrested, the FSB searched her apartment. And they found large sums in dollars, lira and rubles. And also receipts from influential people in receiving money, as well as fake seals and “ready-made” court decisions. Here it is necessary to say one more thing: in 2001, after the noise made by the media, Fratti's Arkoboleno company suddenly lost its accreditation from the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation. But why has Raduga been accredited for all these long years? And further. Many officials have repeatedly told reporters that Fratti is doing a good deed, arranging Russian children in Italian families ...

But where are these families? And most importantly, where are the children?

From a judgment

The verdict of the Volgograd Regional Court H.The. Fratti was found guilty of committing crimes under Part 2 of Art. 291 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, part 2 of Art. 327 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. A sentence of four years' imprisonment was imposed. In accordance with Art. 73 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, it was decided to consider the punishment conditional with a probationary period of four years.

Fratti, having received a suspended sentence, immediately fled Russia. But why did Themis remain so cold to the "exploits" of this scammer with two passports - Russian and Italian? We need to revive the Fratti case immediately. And, apparently, you need to seek help from the investigating authorities in Italy. And look for all the children taken out. Do we really care what happened to 1255 little citizens of Russia? Let Shchelgacheva answer for each child. And answer the lie detector. Italian investigators are splitting criminal monsters from Cosa Nostra, will they really not bring the mistress of the criminal "Rainbow" to clean water?

Internet apologists for civilized cannibalism

I thought that all normal people, in general, all people with a mind and a heart, would be on the side of the journalist Nadezhda Popova.

But apparently I was wrong.

Quite a competent bastard posted his thoughts on this matter on the Internet. About the "missing" Russian children. Quote him.

However, I was not struck by this type with his chaotic observations, rigged conclusions and obscene assessments of the journalist and her material.

I was simply shocked by Internet commentators who partly or completely share his point of view, bordering on what is called civilized cannibalism.

They say that the highest Russian authorities because of such publications have stopped the development of domestic transplantology. Like, poor Fratti fought for ten years "for her good name." And most importantly, there is nothing for the Russians to “poking around” in all this, because now, “according to the law”, these are no longer Russian children. One "commentator" even dispassionately wrote that a three-year-old child is not a person, but an ideal device for donation.

Creatures? No, not creatures. Inhumans.

The editors of the newspaper "President" contacted Nadezhda Popova.

Not only is she ready to re-sign under every line of her material, but she also said bitterly:

- I talked with our prosecutors, who, understanding everything, admit that they are powerless in this situation.

Really?

Here's something else.

Barack Obama in the US is not scolded only by the lazy. But in vain! After all, against the backdrop of the global financial and economic crisis, in which the United States is to blame, he did not spread rot on the citizens of this country with “shock therapy”. He just offered to run the printing press again for a few trillion more dollars. To "save the American economy."

And "our" Yeltsinoids spread rot on our long-suffering people and did it repeatedly. Declaring at the same time that in Russia there is a period of primitive accumulation of capital. That it is necessary to support the rich and successful by all means. That money, after all, does not smell.

So there were such fratti-Frankensteins. Whose capital smells of death.

May they and all those whom they managed to bribe in Russia be damned.
