Who are we?
I am Rebekka Reine Payot 15 years ago I founded "Des Racines Naissent Des Ailes" to support adoptees in the quest for origins. Being adopted myself, I know how important the question of origins is to find a balance.
the Association offers individual support over 10 months depending on each situation: in the form of family consultations, individual interviews and support groups. Immersion in the host family allows me to have a broader vision of the environment in which the travel candidate evolves. The pace of work arranged according to the tension caused by each theme and the receptivity of the adoptee on average 4 hours a day.
We also have group stays (maximum 10) to address the themes of identity and culture, adoption, abandonment and the various questions of the adoptee.
Our workshops combine an alternation of theoretical presentations and slideshows of testimonies. The days will be punctuated by role-playing, artistic expression, discussions and family mediation allowing the emergence of an awareness on the part of the adoptee and his entourage concerning the goods done and the risks of this journey.
